Everyone want to looks perfect in office but there are some limitation in office so we can wear only some limited cloths . I am in the U.S. where we have different sizes than anywhere else. We use inches and I have difficulties converting them to centimeters, so I won’t. Here goes: I wear (when I buy a top=of-the-line shirt) a 17 1/2 x 34 shirt. That means it is 17 and a half inches around the neck, and has a 34 inch sleeve (two of them in fact). When I go to Wally-World for a shirt I will try an XL and an XXL, and buy the one that fits (kinda-sorta). The sleeves are usually a little short but you get what you pay for. Incidentally, when I pay for a TOTL shirt, it usually lasts 10 to 12 years at least. A Wally-World shirt might only last 1 to 2 years, unless I’m lucky. (I’m a saver though. I won’t throw a shirt away unless my wife makes me.) By the way— this is only for woven shirts of long sleeves. The best way to buy a shirt is in person, at a brick and glass store and try them on before buying them.

Shirt stays do actually work, however, not as common as they used to be. Some pants are now equiped with ‘grippy stripe’ on the inside of the waistband to keeps shirts tucked in place. Rather than use shirt stays which attached to undergarments, or strapped to their individual legs…your additional option is to wear compression type undergarments/brief and tuck your shirt into the compression shorts which may put enough tension on the shirt bottom to keep it from rising up. if you are referring to shirt tail stays yes they do put one clip on your socks and the other two on your shirt tail and it keeps your socks up and you shirt tucked in
